Room Rental Information:

• Room rental starts at $98 an hour, minimum of 2 hours.

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve the date at least 14 days prior to the event. (Goes toward total cost of room rental, or applied to the minimum drink purchase if your party has a barista); Payable by cash, card (we accept card payment over the phone), or check.

• 30-minute set up/take down included. Additional fee if more set up time is needed.

• All events must be scheduled outside hours of operation.

• Carafes of coffee are available for purchase - $19.99 each.

• If desiring the use of the espresso bar, there is a $100 drink purchase minimum plus a $25 barista fee. The host may cover the minimum fee or have a cash bar paid for by the guests. Any amount short of $100 at the end of the event is the host’s responsibility to cover.

  • Any event with over 25 guests will require a second barista and an additional $25 barista fee.

  • Every additional 25 guests there will be an additional $25 barista fee.

  • Any party of over 25 guests, with a barista present, will be charged 15% gratuity on their final bill.

  • The drink minimum of $100 will or could be put on a gift card and can be paid for at the same time as the deposit or at the beginning of the event. We will use that throughout the event to cover drinks.

• No minimum number of guests, maximum of 80.

• We do not provide food for events. However, you are welcome to bring any food of your own. If food needs to be heated, a protective barrier needs to be set on the countertop.

• Alcohol and/or drugs are not allowed on the premises.

• Anything over an hour for set/take down will be an additional charge.

• Decorations may be used. However, we do not allow pin tacks or staples on the walls.
